Support from the first specification to the last warranty claim

Supplying the apparatus is the middle of the job, not the whole of it. These are the parts of the work that decide whether a package actually lands on schedule and passes inspection.

Scope of work

What we take on

Each of these can be engaged on its own, or as one package running from award to closeout.

Before the order

Custom engineering & specification review

Send whatever you have — a single line, a utility standard, a competitor datasheet, or a description of the installation. We read it against the application and come back with what fits, what does not, and what we would change.

  • Specification and single line review
  • Rating, impedance, BIL and enclosure selection
  • Substitution and equivalency assessment
  • Submittal drawings issued for your approval
In the factory

Factory acceptance testing oversight

Equipment is tested before it ships, not after it lands. We coordinate the FAT schedule, attend on your behalf, and forward the routine and type test reports as part of the closeout package.

  • FAT scheduling and coordination
  • Witness testing on your behalf, or alongside your engineer
  • Routine and type test report packages
  • Punch list resolution before release to ship
Getting it there

Logistics & freight coordination

Heavy apparatus is a logistics problem as much as an electrical one. We handle the movement end to end, including the parts of it that usually surprise people — permits, rigging access and site delivery windows.

  • Freight booking and route planning
  • Customs documentation for cross-border shipments
  • Oversize and overweight permitting
  • Delivery sequenced to your construction schedule
On site

Field commissioning support

Support through installation and energisation, so the crew is not reading a manual on the pad. Available as remote support or attendance on site depending on the scope.

  • Pre-energisation inspection guidance
  • Field test procedure support
  • Settings and configuration assistance
  • Attendance at energisation for major apparatus
After energisation

Lifecycle & warranty services

The equipment is going to be in service for decades. We keep the records, administer the warranty and stay reachable when someone needs a spare part or a drawing eleven years from now.

  • Warranty administration and claim handling
  • Spare parts identification and supply
  • As-built documentation retained on file
  • Replacement and upgrade planning

Working with us

One contact who can read your drawings

Most supply problems are communication problems. A specification gets interpreted three ways between the consultant, the supplier and the factory, and the gap shows up at FAT or, worse, at site.

We keep the technical conversation with one person who understands both the apparatus and the installation, so questions get answered rather than relayed.

  • Technical questions answered by someone who has read the single line
  • Written record of every specification decision made on the package
  • Schedule updates at production milestones, not only when asked
  • Test documentation issued as a complete package, not in fragments
